Introduction:

Principle of vibration measurement in this section:

When quartz crystals or artificially polarized ceramics are subjected to mechanical stress, electrical charges are generated on the surface. The piezoelectric acceleration sensor is used to convert the vibration signal into an electrical signal. Through the processing and analysis of the input signal, the acceleration, velocity and displacement value of the vibration are displayed, and the corresponding measurement value can be printed out by a printer. The technical performance of this instrument conforms to the requirements of the international standard ISO2954 and the Chinese national standard GB/T13824, for the vibration intensity measuring instrument, the sine excitation method vibration standard. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, electric power, metallurgical vehicles and other fields.
