I. Product Overview
The electric control fire-fighting water cannon is newly designed by our company by drawing on the advanced technologies of electric control fire-fighting water cannons at home and abroad and widely soliciting the opinions of fire-fighting water cannon users. This water cannon is driven by electric wired (or wireless remote control) direct current, which fully realizes the advantage of separating the operator from the fire scene at a long distance and can well protect the personal safety of firefighters. This water cannon has the characteristics of novel structure, stable and reliable performance, flexible operation, convenient maintenance, long range, light weight, small size, etc. When spraying a water column, it can extinguish solid fires; when spraying a blooming water mist, it can be used for cooling at the fire scene and fire-fighting rescue operations. This product is suitable for being equipped on light fire trucks and fire-fighting robots. It can also be used as the front water cannon of the main fire-fighting vehicle to eliminate the fire sources near the fire truck, effectively protecting the safety of the fire truck itself. At the same time, this water cannon can also be used as a fixed fire-fighting and extinguishing device in places such as industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, museums, exhibition halls, oil fields, storage tanks, etc.
II. Product Features
- It has three control modes: manual control, electric control and remote wireless control.
This product has its own power source. The motor is equipped with a manual control handle, and it is also equipped with a remote wireless remote control. Operators can flexibly choose among the three control modes according to the situation at the operation site. - It has a built-in electrically controlled self-sprinkling cooling device.
When this product is used in combination with fire trucks and fire-fighting robots, the self-sprinkling device can be turned on to protect other equipment from being damaged by the high temperature at the fire scene, enabling the fire truck and the fire-fighting robot to get closer to the fire scene, providing a powerful guarantee for rapid fire extinguishing. - The maximum atomization angle is 120°.
The maximum atomization angle of the water cannon head can reach 120°, making the atomization spraying range of the water cannon larger, which provides greater help for cooling a large area of the fire scene. At the same time, the atomized water mist particles can quickly vaporize to isolate the air around the fire scene, achieving the purpose of cutting off the combustion elements and quickly extinguishing the fire. - The remote wireless remote control distance is greater than 100 meters.
The farthest wireless remote control distance can reach more than 100 meters, which can reduce the psychological pressure of firefighters in rescue operations, provide a safer working environment for firefighters and ensure their safety. - The water cannon body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
The complex environment at the fire extinguishing scene and the use of various fire extinguishing agents put forward higher requirements for the rust-proof and corrosion-resistant performance of the water cannon body. The 304 stainless steel water cannon body of this product ensures its stable performance without being corroded during long-term use, greatly reducing the maintenance and use costs.
